This includes expert guidance on securing quality properties from landlords, building a professional serviced accommodation operation from the ground up, and managing security and five-star cleaning teams to protect your asset and elevate the guest experience. You’ll also learn how to position your property to stand out, maximise bookings, optimise pricing, and achieve high occupancy rates. At the end of the course, we can secure a suitable property for you through our trusted landlord and agent network.

Bronze Package

The Bronze Package helps you get started in serviced accommodation, covering business setup, securing properties, budgeting, and managing security and cleanliness. It also includes a 15-minute weekly call for one month to support and guide you as you take your first steps.

Silver Package

The Silver Package helps you confidently progress in serviced accommodation, with guidance on sourcing your first property, professional property management, managing and syncing calendars, and marketing across multiple platforms. It also includes one 15-minute call per week for three months to support your growth and keep you on track.

Gold Package

The Gold Package offers full, hands-on mentorship for those looking to build a high-end serviced accommodation business with expert guidance at every stage. You’ll receive comprehensive support across setup, property management, operations, and growth—and once you complete the course, we will secure a suitable property for you through our trusted network, helping you move straight into execution with confidence.

As part of the program, once you complete the training, we assist you by providing a property so you can immediately apply your skills and start generating income

  • Definitely. The course package can be upgraded later. If you wish to move to the Gold Package to secure a property at the end of your training, this will be subject to availability due to high property demand

  • You don’t need to be enrolled in our training to benefit from our expertise. We can help source serviced accommodation properties tailored to your goals, providing guidance on location, potential returns, and setup.

  • Yes! Memberships are flexible, we understand that some our clients have other commitments so we will do our best to work around a schedule that suits your availability
